KaiT Design was a small-batch label designed, developed, and manufactured at the brand's studio in Colorado. Inspiration for each collection came from a variety of international streetwear, artists, and textiles. Prints and colorways were sourced from domestic partners, and small batches were often dyed, hand-painted, and embellished in-house to achieve the desired look based on seasonal concepts.
The most fulfilling aspect of running an indie label was the experience of personally designing, styling, and shooting entire collections. |
